Project lead – Supply Chain Capabilities

We are looking for a Project Lead to strengthen our Supply Chain Capabilities team. Do you like to manage a variety of business projects with a diverse stakeholder group? Then this might be the job for you!

Role and Responsibilities

The Project Lead will be part of a team that is responsible for Supplier Communication, Project Deployment, Supplier Performance Management and Supplier Collaboration tooling. The role will consisting of Supplier Communication activities (operational), Project Deployment activities and Project Lead activities. The Project activities can be process improvement and IT tooling related. As a Project Lead you will be the person to translate business needs into a clear scope of requirements, planning and budget and will ensure delivery and deployment of these improvements in a complex and changing environment. The Project Lead should be able to assess the impact of the change on the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement community as well as on the ASML Supply Chain, and realize and implement the required behavioral changes that come with the project deliverables. Managing relevant stakeholders is vital for success of the projects. The Project Lead should also be able to guide other projects in the deployment phase.

Education and experience

Education

• Bachelor or Master degree (Supply Chain or similar is preferred)
• Certificates in Project management, Change management or LEAN methodology are a pre

Required experience and competences

• 5+ years relevant work experience in similar roles at different international companies
• Knowledge in planning processes and strategies
• Experience in High tech, low volume industries is a pre
• Experience in improvement & operational excellence Departments is a pre
• Skills
• You have interest to lead Supplier Communication products and projects;
• You are interested in tooling that support processes and this is something you focus on when initiating improvement projects;
• You like to be the linking pin with the IT department when relevant for a project;
• You are a highly organized person;
• Capable to drive complex issues to simple and pragmatic solutions;
• Able to convince, inspire and motivate people: Influencing without formal authority, sense for tactical and political relations on various levels;
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships on different levels in the organization;
• You are a conceptual and analytical thinker;
• Pragmatic, hands on and result driven mindset;
• Convincing / negotiation skills;
• Pro-active attitude, drive for improvement;
• Change management skills;
• Strong communication skills (listening, asking the right questions and expression);
