Internship Objectives:
As a Market Development Intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to dive into the world of market analysis, strategy, and business development for the Siemens Software business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the market and competitor intelligence analysis through various sources, including industry associations, CRM analytics, and business intelligence tools.
- Participating in business development initiatives, focusing on identifying potential prospects and generating digital demand for the SIEMENS Software portfolio.
- Analyzing market size, potential applications, early adopters, and potential end users while assessing risks and opportunities.
- Contributing to the development of a route-to-market strategy for early applications and conducting competitor analysis.

You recently obtained (within the past year) or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a combination of Business & Technology. Having affinity to the world of Industrial Software is a great plus.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
- You are interested in project management, technology business planning, marketing, or operations.
- You are analytical and enjoy statistics and related fields such as mathematics.
- An ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and to work both independently and in a team.
- Demonstrated capability to meet the deadlines.
- Interested in how to effectively communicate with senior executives.
