Are you a seasoned Business Intelligence professional with a passion for turning data into actionable insights? Join our dynamic team as we elevate our BI capabilities to new heights!

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Strategic BI Leadership: you act as a strategic sparring partner in the creation and implementation of innovative BI dashboards and KPIs. Provide architecture consulting, design, and conception expertise within the SAP-BI environment.
• Consultancy and Coaching: you act as an internal consultant, for project managers and executives and can convince through good moderation in workshops.
• Process Optimization: develop and optimize reports, processes, methods, and templates. Play a fundamental role in defining and implementing measures for continuous improvement.
• Ad-hoc Analyses: conduct insightful ad-hoc analyses and present results effectively to management. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Data Evaluation: independently analyze and evaluate data and indicators, ensuring the healthiness of projects and the overall project portfolio.

What we ask of you

• Demonstrated high soft skills as well as structuring, follow-through, and implementation skills.
  
• Successfully completed a (technical) university or bachelor degree in industrial engineering and management or a comparable commercial training.
  
• Hands-on experience in data modeling, preferably within the SAP environment.
• Knowledge of project management principles is beneficial.
• Good written and spoken English; German language proficiency is advantageous.
