We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Project Lead Industrialization.

Tasks & responsibilities

Participation in product industrialization after handover from product development.
Support with operational issues from (pre-)series production and field performance.
Preparation of costing measures.
Create project plans to manage the cross-functional team in accordance with the project scope.
Support for active project management
- Perform day-to-day project management throughout the program lifecycle
- Manage project budget, risks, and issues, and take corrective actions
- Coordination of projects and their dependencies as well as cross-project use and management of resources
- Manage project product changes together with the Product Change Manager.
Preparation of information and results for (top) management.

Vereisten

What we ask of you

Degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or electrics.
Basic Project Management Knowledge.
Good knowledge of English and Dutch.
Awareness of interrelationships within an organization.
Cross-functional communication and leadership skills.
Holistic thinking in the organization.
Ability to communicate with senior management.
Willingness to engage in conflict, based on facts and figures.
