We are seeking to expand our Consultancy team with a customer-focused and proactive Senior WMS Consultant with a passion for logistics

Your role

Your focus will be on translating logistics processes into requirements for development and configuration of the WMS system. You will work in close contact with our worldwide customers and provide training, support and share logistics knowledge.

What will you do?

• Set up and deliver a perfectly working WMS system, according to the customer specifications
• Act as the expert on implementation requirements and relevant technical information
• Train (key) users to enable the client to drive adoption and further self-configuration post go-live
• Analyze issues and find solutions, by meeting with clients to define specifications, dependencies, and transform business processes in accordance with our software
• Work closely with the colleagues from Development and Project Management to resolve complex technical issues related to ongoing projects
• Troubleshoot issues that clients are facing during the implementation and post go-live
• Be an expert Understanding logistics processes and translating them into WMS requirements towards the development team
• Have a big picture view on the project. You really care about the whole project.

Your profile

• Higher professional education level
• A minumum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in logistics in a relevant field
• Knowledge of WMS systems and the management of logistics processes
• An excellent command of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing
• Knowledge of French and/or German would be an additional wish
