The Wuppermann Group is managed and organised by the corporate holding Wuppermann AG. It is assisted by the finance holding Wuppermann Industrie B.V. and the investment company Wuppermann Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. Production and sales is handled by thirteen independent companies. The three business units \"Flat rolled steel products\", \"Technical products\" and \"Service and Consulting\" provide a wide range of steel-based products and services for a multiple of sectors.

Wuppermann AG is a wholly family-owned company. voestalpine Stahl GmbH holds a 30 % interest in Wuppermann Austria GmbH and Wuppermann Bandstahl GmbH. Corus Staal B.V. has a 30 % stake in Wuppermann Staal Nederland B.
