Tempress Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of Amtech Systems, Inc.
Based in Vaassen, The Netherlands, Tempress Systems occupies modern, purpose built premises where it develops and manufactures Vertical and Horizontal Diffusion & LPCVD furnaces for Semiconductor, MEMS, Nano and Solar Industries. The Product range encompasses R&D, Pilot to Fully Automated Production Furnace Systems for processing up to 300 mm wafers.
With its team of experienced employees, Tempress has the understanding and stability necessary to be innovative and flexible while maintaining the integrity and quality demanded by the latest technologies. This enables the production of tailor made solutions in parallel to standard products meeting the requirements of your production environments, processing techniques or cleanroom layouts.
Supporting this flexibility, Tempress maintains and invests actively in R&D Programmes, both in-house and collaboratively with cooperative projects between industrial partners, universities and institutes.
